Rental Policies: 
• Reservations require a deposit of one night's stay plus applicable taxes payable at time of booking. NOTE: When booking online the balance of the entire stay will be charged at the time of reservation.
• A $100 security deposit or credit card imprint is required at check-in.
• Persons under the age of 21 shall be denied occupancy unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Early departures are responsible for balance of reservation plus applicable taxes.
• All rates subject to change without notice.
• Rates subject to state and local accommodations tax. No personal checks are accepted. Some restrictions may apply.

 NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancelled reservations made prior to 14 days are subject to a $25 service charge.  Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's deposit.
