Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
•All
rentals from June 1 to September 30, will require a deposit of 50% of
total room and tax to secure your reservation.
NOTE: When booking online the balance of the entire stay will be
charged at the time of reservation.
•During the off season, a one night's room charge, plus tax, deposit
will be required to secure your reservation.

•There will be a $25.00 processing fee for cancellations received 14
days or more prior to arrival.
•Cancellation received within 14 days of arrival will result in full
forfeit of advance deposit.
