rates are per month based on a two-month or longer stay.

A 13% accommodations tax will be added to all reservations
that are less than 91
days.
This is a limited offer,
with limited availability. Some restrictions may apply, no
refunds for early departures. A non-refundable deposit of ¼
of the entire stay is required, the remaining balance due
upon arrival.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
•One night’s room and tax will be collected upon booking to secure
your reservation.
•There is a $25 processing fee for cancellations received 14 days or
more prior to arrival.
•Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date will result in a
full forfeit of advance deposit.
