Rental Policies:

  Reservations require a deposit of one night's stay plus applicable taxes payable at time of booking.  A $100 security deposit or credit card imprint is required at check-in.  Persons under the age of 21 shall be denied occupancy unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Early departures are responsible for balance of reservation plus applicable taxes.  All rates subject to change without notice.  Rates subject to state accommodations tax.  No personal checks are accepted.  No Pets Allowed.  Some restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy:

  All cancelled reservations made prior to 14 days are subject to a $25 service charge.  Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's deposit.
