Rental Policies:
Confirmation on all reservations requires a deposit
to be paid within 14 days of the date of booking or be subject to
automatic cancellation. NOTE:
When booking online the balance of the entire stay will be charged
at the time of reservation.
A $100 security deposit or credit card
imprint is required at time of check-in. (Credit Card
imprint will be destroyed 30 days after check-out.)
OWNERS/OWNERS’ GUESTS: Our policy requires that owners provide the office with written permission for guests to occupy their units
BEFORE the guests check-in.
Persons under the age of 21 shall be denied access unless
accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Early departures subject
to forfeiture of balance of stay plus applicable taxes. All rates
subject to change without notice. Rates subject to state sales
tax. Personal checks are not accepted. No pets allowed. Smoking
is not permitted in units or on balconies.
