Ventura at Boca Raton offers 2 and 3 Bedroom Vacation Town Homes

* Two bedroom vacation home (sleeps 6) has: two bathrooms, one king-size bed, two twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper.

* Three bedroom vacation home (sleeps 8) has: three bathrooms, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper.

Each vacation home has air-conditioning with ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite television, VCR, and hair dryer(s).

Maximum occupancy in each vacation home includes children regardless
of their age.

 

POLICIES:

NON-SMOKING:

All vacation homes are non-smoking. All common property* is non-smoking property (including any building interiors or exteriors, atriums, courtyard side common areas next to the pool, hallways, common areas, balconies, decks, patios and pool area).

* Smoking is only permitted in certain designated areas which are the walkways on the exterior side (parking lot side) of all the buildings, in the parking lots and exterior perimeter areas outside of the courtyard that are not common areas. Please remember that this is a smoke-free property and VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Daily trash removal. Towels or bed linens left in the laundry basket will be replaced. Additional full service cleanings may be arranged for a nominal fee.

PRIVACY SIGN:

 At any time, Management and housekeeping can enter your vacation home to either address safety concerns or provide service. Each day, housekeeping will come to your vacation home. If the privacy sign is placed on your door, the team will not bother you until after 3 pm; however, after 3 pm, the team will be entering your vacation home to complete daily service and SAFETY CHECKS.

CHECK IN/OUT TIME:

As much as we try, the onsite owner services team may not always recognize all owners. Upon check-in, the onsite owner services team may ask owners for a photo ID and credit card. If an owner is sending a guest in their place, contact the onsite office in advance to ensure they are aware you have authorized the guest to check-in under your account. All guests will be asked to provide a photo ID and credit card. For check-in and check-out times, visit the Rates page.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

A car is recommended for complete enjoyment of the area. We recommend you call the Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce and Visitor's Beach County Chamber of Commerce and Visitor's Bureau at (561) 471-3995 for information/brochures on entertainment and activities.

Please remember campers, motor homes, trailers, boat trailers and the like are not allowed on the property. The property does not have a restaurant or elevator on-site. Sorry, although we love animals, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
